Item Store-In

(Q-A1) Are there any items that are not allowed to be stored in MeSpace x CloudRoom?

(A-A1) There is a list of items that are not allowed to be stored in MeSpace x CloudRoom. Some of these items include:

(1) Cash, bank books, certificates, important documents, credit cards, and cash cards
(2) Fragile objects like glassware, ceramics, and precision tools
(3) Magnetic items that can affect other stored items
(4) Combustible items such as gasoline, kerosene, and lighters
(5) Dangerous items or hazardous substances like pesticides, chemicals, and radioactive materials
(6) Food, animals, plants, and any item emitting foul odours
(7) Items that are longer than 200cm or weigh more than 80kg
(8) Items with a value over 10,000 THB
(9) Liquids
(10) Garbage
(11) Items that are illegal or offensive to public order and morals.

(Q-A2) What is the service area for MeSpace x CloudRoom?

(A-A2) The service area of MeSpace x CloudRoom is only available in Bangkok and some of its surrounding areas. If you wish to use our service outside this area, please get in touch with the CloudRoom customer support team by emailing cs@cloudroom.me or reaching out through LINE ID:@jwdcloudroom for further information.

(Q-A3) Is there a security system in place in the storage facility?

(A-A3) Yes, the storage area is monitored 24/7 with a security system that includes surveillance cameras.

(Q-A4) Is the storage area equipped with climate control facilities?

(A-A4) MeSpace x CloudRoom offers storage in a climate-controlled environment, with an air-conditioning system to regulate temperature in the warehouse.

(Q-A5) Is there insurance coverage provided for the stored items?

(A-A5) Yes, there is an insurance coverage for each stored item. If any accident occurs while the item is being transported or stored in our warehouse, you can receive compensation up to 3,000 THB per unit of stored item, such as a plastic box.

As for the wine storage, the insurance provides protection for each unit of stored item up to 3,000 THB. (1 unit of plastic box (M) covers 6 bottles of wine in the whole value 3,000 THB max.) The coverage begins from the moment of pick-up, transfer, and storage of the wine inside the box in the temperature-controlled warehouse, and lasts until the customer retrieves the box.

(Q-A6) Is it possible to store items in the document box or plastic box without having them photographed?

(A-A6) According to our policy, the contents of your storage box will not be photographed. We will only take a picture of the box itself, along with its assigned ID, for identification purposes and to ensure ease of access through your dashboard in the app.

(Q-A7) What are the guidelines for requesting an on-site quotation for items that cannot be stored in a box, such as chairs or golf bags, in order to receive an estimated price?

(A-A7) To get a price estimate for free-form items that can't fit into a box, such as chairs or golf bags, you can request an on-site quotation through the CloudRoom application. Our team will visit your location to measure the items and provide you with an estimated price. On-site quotations are typically available within 2-5 business days, subject to availability, and are currently only available for customers residing in Bangkok and some of its surrounding areas. (Q-A8) Is it possible to sign up for a corporate account?

(A-A8) Yes, it is possible to register under a corporate name. However, this must be done through contacting CloudRoom Customer Support either via email at cs@cloudroom.me or through the LINE ID @jwdcloudroom. It is not possible to register under a corporate name through the website or application.

(Q-A9) What are the options for storing my clothes?

(A-A9) When it comes to storing your clothes, there are two options available for you to choose from.

Option 1: Hanging in a wardrobe box. This is ideal for items made from delicate fabrics. It is recommended to store up to 10 pieces of clothing in one wardrobe box for optimal storage quality.

Option 2: Folding and storing in a plastic box. This option is best for clothing items that do not wrinkle easily. Multiple items can be folded and placed inside one plastic box.

(Q-A10) What are the options for storing my books?

(A-A10) There are two options for storing books.

Option 1: Storing each book individually, which will be counted as 3 Cell in the application and you will be able to see the cover of each book.

Option 2: Storing multiple books by placing them in a single storage box, with the fee depending on the type of box selected.

(Q-A11) What is the best way to store my office documents?

(A-A11) We offer a specialized carton box called the Document Box (M) 30x32x41cm3 (40Cell) that is specifically designed for office documents. This box is ideal for arranging accounting books or binder documents.

(Q-A12) Is it possible to store a bottle of wine with MeSpace x CloudRoom?

(A-A12) Absolutely. We have a designated wine storage room at our facility available for our customers to store their wine bottles.

(Q-A13) How is the wine storage service priced?

(A-A13) The wine storage service is specific compared to other types of storage due to its additional protective bubble packaging and temperature-controlled room specifically designed for wine storage. The Plastic Box (M) with dimensions of 34x52x27cm3 (40 Cell) is used to store the wine.

One unit of Plastic Box (M) is capable of storing up to 6 wine bottles (standard size, not including Magnum), each of which is wrapped with a protective bubble wrap. The monthly storage fee for one unit of Plastic Box (M) used for wine storage is 600 THB. The wine storage rate is calculated at 15 THB/Cell.

(Q-A14) How do you handle the wine transfer until its reach the storage room?

(A-A14) During the delivery, our staff will provide customers with all necessary materials for wrapping the wine bottles. The customer will be responsible for wrapping and placing everything into the box, while our employee will only seal the box in front of the customer.

Bundle Package

(Q-B1) What is bundle package?

(A-B1) The bundle package is available for customers who require a large storage solution for a duration of over 3 months. There are various options with discounts and additional benefits based on the length of storage.

(Q-B2) Is every storage option at MeSpace x CloudRoom offered as a "bundle" package?

(A-B2) No, not all of the CloudRoom storage options are in a bundle package. "CloudRoom Per-Cell" is not a bundle package.

(Q-B3) What is "CloudRoom Per-Cell"?

(A-B3) CloudRoom Per-Cell is the only type of storage that doesn't come as part of a bundle plan. Instead, it's based on a base rate calculated from the total volume of stored items, which is then expressed in Cell units. One Cell is equal to 1,000 cubic centimeters (10 x 10 x 10 cm), and there is a monthly storage fee of 3 THB per Cell.

Please be aware that the Per-Cell plan does not offer a daily rate calculation like the other package options. If a customer stores one wardrobe box on July 8th and retrieves it on August 24th, for example, they will be charged for 2 months of storage, which is 600 THB (300 THB / month). The fee will remain the same as long as the items are picked up before August 31st. However, if the customer retrieves their belongings after September 1st, they will be charged for an extra month of storage.

(Q-B4) How many bundle packages does MeSpace's CloudRoom offer?

(A-B4) MeSpace x CloudRoom offers 4 types of bundle packages, referred to as "CloudRoom - X Plan", where X represents the size of the plan. These box storage options are as follows:

(1) CloudRoom - S Plan (400 Cell), equivalent to 0.4 cubic meters
(2) CloudRoom - M Plan (1300 Cell), equivalent to 1.3 cubic meters
(3) CloudRoom - L Plan (3000 Cell), equivalent to 3.0 cubic meters
(4) CloudRoom - XL Plan (5000 Cell), equivalent to 5.0 cubic meters

For a clearer understanding of these plans, you can refer to the section "What is Bundle Package?" which includes illustrations, calculations for each plan, and comparisons with other packages.

(Q-B5) What benefits come with using Bundle Package?

(A-B5) For customers who use CloudRoom's storage service for more than 3 months, they will receive a specified number of free shipments to their location, depending on the plan they have selected. The free shipping options are as follows:

1.) CloudRoom - S Plan (1 free shipment / month)
2.) CloudRoom - M Plan (1 free shipment / month)
3.) CloudRoom - L Plan (2 free shipments / month)
4.) CloudRoom - XL Plan (3 free shipments / month)

It's important to note that (1) the "CloudRoom Per-Cell" plan does not include any free shipments and (2) the monthly free shipments cannot be accumulated for use in the following month. (3) The free shipments do not cover the handling fee.

(Q-B6) Is it possible to change the type of CloudRoom Plan?

(A-B6) It's possible to switch from one CloudRoom Plan to another within the same month. However, if there's a change in the number of Cell or a storage fee for CloudRoom Per-Cell, the highest rate within that month will be used to calculate the total monthly payment. (Q-B7) Is there a cost for the storage boxes?

(A-B7) No, the storage boxes are included in the monthly storage fee. However, this only applies to subscriptions of more than 3 months.

Item Return

(Q-C1) What distinguishes a "take-out" request from a "return" request?

(A-C1) A "take-out" request is made when you want to have some items from your stored items list sent to your location temporarily and potentially returned to the warehouse later, while still maintaining the storage service. The monthly fee will continue to be charged.
A "return" request is made when you want all of your items transferred to your location and no longer wish to use the storage service. This means you wish to have your account, including the monthly fee, cancelled.

(Q-C2) If I want to take out some of my stored items, what should I do?

(A-C2) You can initiate a take-out request through the app yourself. If you experience any difficulties, reach out to CloudRoom Customer Support through email at cs@cloudroom.me or through LINE ID @jwdcloudroom. They will assist you in setting a schedule for the transfer of the items to you.

(Q-C3) If I want all of my stored items returned, what should I do?

(A-C3) You can initiate a return request through the app yourself. If you experience any issues with making the request, you can contact CloudRoom Customer Support through email at cs@cloudroom.me or through LINE ID @jwdcloudroom. They will assist you in scheduling the transfer of your items back to you. After that, CloudRoom Customer Support will process the termination of your account and deactivate the registered credit card used for the monthly payment.

(Q-C4) Is there a separate charge for shipping and handling fees when I make a take-out or return request for items?

(A-C4) The fee consists of two parts: the shipping fee and the handling fee. CloudRoom charges a flat rate of 300 THB per transfer for shipping within the Bangkok area. The handling fee for the first 1000 Cell per transfer is complimentary, but for every additional 500 Cell, a handling fee of 300 THB will be added. You can find more information on shipping and handling fees under the "Others" section.

(Q-C5) Can you provide a specific example to show how the fees are calculated in practice?

(A-C5) If you store 2280 Cell, for example, here's what you need to know about the fees:

(1) Shipping fee: there's a flat rate of 300 THB within the Bangkok area.
(2) Handling fee: the first 1000 Cell are free, but there's a fee for the remaining:

- For 1001 to 1500 Cell, the fee is 300 THB.
- For 1501 to 2000 Cell, the fee is 300 THB.
- For 2001 to 2500 Cell, the fee is 300 THB.
So, the total handling fee is 900 THB.

The overall fee would be 300 THB (shipping fee) + 900 THB (handling fee) = 1,200 THB. However, if you use the bundle package, the shipping fee is waived. You can find more information about the complimentary shipping in "Bundle Package" section.

(Q-C6) What is the estimated delivery time after I place a take-out request in the application?

(A-C6) The delivery time frame varies based on your location. Typically, the items will be returned to you the next business day. However, it is important to keep in mind that the delivery is subject to availability.
*Note: Delivery is only available within Bangkok and its surrounding areas.

(Q-C7) What can I do if I require immediate delivery of my items within a day?

(A-C7) In case of an emergency, there will be an additional fee. You can reach out to us through email at cs@cloudroom.me or LINE ID @jwdcloudroom to request for expedited delivery. Your items will be sent to you on the same day that you make the request. The express delivery fee will be charged to the credit card that you have registered with us.

- The express shipping fee is 800 THB per instance. However, please make sure to contact CloudRoom customer support during working hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) to place the request. Your items will be delivered within 3 hours of confirming the request.

(Q-C8) Is it possible for me to go directly to the MeSpace x CloudRoom warehouse to retrieve my items?

(A-C8) Due to security reasons, our policy prohibits customers from entering the storage area. To retrieve your items, please place a take-out request through the application or LINE LINE ID @jwdcloudroom.

(Q-C9) Is it required to return the document boxes (M/L) to MeSpace x CloudRoom once the contract has expired?

(A-C9) No. At the end of the contract, you are able to retain both the document box (M) and the carton box (L).

(Q-C10) Is it required to return the plastic boxes (M/L) to MeSpace x CloudRoom once the contract has expired?

(A-C10) Yes. At the end of the contract, all plastic boxes must be returned to MeSpace x CloudRoom.

(Q-C11) Is it required to return the wardrobe box to MeSpace x CloudRoom once the contract has expired?

(A-C11) Yes. At the end of the contract, wardrobe box(es) must be returned to MeSpace x CloudRoom.

(Q-C12) If I accidentally caused a scratch or damage to the plastic box, am I responsible for paying compensation?

(A-C12) If you are responsible for causing damage to the plastic boxes (M and L) or wardrobe box, the compensation fees are 400 THB for the plastic box (M), 500 THB for the plastic box (L), and 1,500 THB for the wardrobe box.

The criteria for a damaged plastic box includes:
(1) Damaged lock
(2) Inability to properly close the lid
(3) Deformation or breakage of the plastic box
(4) Surface stain or scratch that cannot be erased.

On the other hand, if the damage is caused by us, you will not be required to pay any compensation as we will be held responsible for the damage to the plastic boxes.

(Q-C13) What is the compensation fee for losing the plastic box or wardrobe box?

(A-C13) If you have lost the plastic box, the compensation fee for losing the plastic box (M) is 400 THB, the plastic box (L) is 500 THB and the fee for losing wardrobe box is 1,500 THB.

Payment

(Q-D1) What are the payment options available?

(A-D1) The customer can register using a credit or debit card. Visa, JCB, and MasterCard are accepted.

(Q-D2) Can I change the information of my registered credit card through the application?

(A-D2) At present, there is no feature in the application that enables you to change the information of your registered credit card. To make this request, please reach out to CloudRoom Customer Support through email at cs@cloudroom.me or via LINE ID at @jwdcloudroom.

(Q-D3) When is the billing cycle for invoices and receipts?

(A-D3) The monthly storage fee is calculated at the end of each month and the invoice and receipt will be sent to you by the 10th day of the following month. However, if the 10th falls on a public holiday, the billing will be shifted to the next working day.

(Q-D4) What is the consequence of not making a timely payment?

(A-D4) If the payment is not made within one month from the date the invoice was sent to your email, the storage service contract will become invalid.

(Q-D5) What happens if the payment is not made for more than 2 months from the invoice date?

(A-D5) If the payment is not received more than 2 months from the invoice date, a written notice will be sent to the owner of the stored items. If there is no response from the owner within 5 business days after the notice has been sent, MeSpace x CloudRoom reserves the right to discard all of the stored items and to cancel the contract as per regulations.

(Q-D6) If I start my storage contract in the middle of a month, will I be charged for a full month of storage fees?

(A-D6) If you start your storage contract in the middle of a month, and your subscription is for more than 3 months, the monthly storage fee will be calculated on a daily basis.

The formula for calculating the fee is as follows:
(Actual number of storage days) x (Monthly fee ÷ 30 days) = The amount you will pay for the first month. Any decimals will be rounded up.

(Q-D7) If I cancel my storage contract in the middle of a month, will I still be charged for a full month of storage fees?

(A-D7) If you choose to cancel your storage contract in the middle of a month and your subscription is for more than 3 months, the monthly storage fee will be calculated on a daily basis.

The formula for calculating the fee is as follows:
(Actual number of storage days) x (Monthly fee ÷ 30 days) = The actual amount you will pay for your last month of storage service. Any decimals will be rounded up.

(Q-E1) Can you describe the service offered by MeSpace x CloudRoom?

(A-E1) MeSpace x CloudRoom offers a storage solution that gives customers a safe and comfortable place to store their possessions, based on the size of the items rather than renting a whole storage unit. The service enables customers to rent a storage space for a set period of time, either monthly or long-term, and features amenities like climate-controlled units and a secure and hassle-free payment system.

(Q-E2) What is the cost per storage box if I utilize MeSpace x CloudRoom's storage services?

(A-E2) All types of storage boxes will be provided free of charge If the subscription is more than 3 months.

(Q-E3) What is shipping fee? How much is it?

(A-E3) The shipping fee refers to the cost incurred for the utilization of a truck, fuel, and a driver. CloudRoom charges a flat rate of 300 THB per trip for shipping fees within the Bangkok area.

(Q-E4) What is handling fee? How much is it?

(A-E4) Handling fee refers to the cost associated with the physical handling and preparation of items for shipping. This includes the cost of packaging materials, labor involved in packing items and other expenses related to getting the items ready for transportation.

The handling fee for the first 1000 Cell per transfer is free of charge, but for every additional 500 Cell, a handling fee of 300 THB will be imposed.

(Q-E5) Can I view my stored items through website or application after they have been transferred to the warehouse?

(A-E5) Yes, once the inspection of all items has been completed by our team, CloudRoom support will create your account and provide you with a log-in ID and link. From there, you can view your stored items in your own dashboard from website or application.

(Q-E6) If you forget your password, what steps should you take?

(A-E6) You can retrieve your password by clicking on the "forget my password" link on the homepage and entering your registered email address. The system will send a link to your registered email to reset your password.

Alternatively, you can reach out to the CloudRoom support team for assistance in resetting your password by emailing them at cs@cloudroom.me or contacting them through their LINE ID:@jwdcloudroom.

(Q-E7) What is CloudRoom point? How does it work?

(A-E7) CloudRoom points are a reward program that allows customers to earn points from their monthly spendings. The conversion rate is 100 THB to 1 point, and each point is worth 1 THB. These points can then be redeemed for shipping fees.

(Q-E8) What is your cancellation policy?

(A-E8) The following conditions apply for the cancellation of box delivery and storage service.
(1) If the customer cancels the box delivery after a delivery time and date have been set, no fee will be charged as long as the customer informs CloudRoom Customer Support at least one day before (before 12h00) the scheduled delivery time via email or LINE. If this notification is not given, a 500 THB fee will be imposed.
(2) If the customer decides to return unused boxes after delivery, there will be no charge as long as the boxes are not unpacked or damaged.
(3) If the customer cancels the storage service after the boxes have been delivered, they must return the boxes within three days of giving notice to CloudRoom Customer Service. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee of 1,000 THB for returning the boxes. There will be no charge for the boxes as long as they are not unpacked, damaged, or lost. However, if the customer fails to give notice after three days, a penalty of 1,000 THB will be imposed and all requested boxes will be charged.
(4) If the customer cannot be reached via phone, email or LINE within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery time, a penalty of 1,000 THB will be imposed and all requested boxes will be charged.

(Q-E9) Is there a document destruction service available?

(A-E9) Yes, we offer a dedicated destruction service for accounting documents. Customers can submit a request via email. Our partner provides this service and also provides images of the evidence when the destruction occurs. If requested, a certificate of document destruction can be provided for an additional fee.

(Q-E10) How is the fee of document destruction service charged?

(A-E10) Document destruction service is charged by the amount of documents indicated by Cell.
- 2,500 Cell (Up to 50 Boxes or 250 Folders): 4,000 THB
- 5,000 Cell (Up to 50 Boxes or 250 Folders): 6,500 THB
- 100,00 Cell (Up to 50 Boxes or 250 Folders): 8,000 THB
- More than 10,000 Cell: 9,900 THB

Additional infomation:
(1) The price list above is for 1 time service. If the customer wishes to split the service into 2 times, the payment can be separated into 2 bills.
(2) The customer can make a request to have the formal certificate issued. The fee for issuance is 800 THB per 1 set of certificate.
(3) If the request of document destruction is made before 20th date of month, the service is due to end in the same month. After 20th, the service shall be executed in the following month.
